Account Setup & Login

VidRush is currently in a controlled-access phase, you can’t sign up without an invitation. This keeps the platform stable while the team ships new features and ensures every user gets proper support.

Getting access

There are three ways to get into VidRush:

Direct invitation. If someone on the team has invited you through the waitlist, check your email for a secure activation link. Click it to set up your account immediately. (For that you have to be in the Wait List already)

Waitlist. New users can apply through the VidRush homepage . You’ll be notified by email once your account is approved.

Team invite. If you’re joining an existing workspace, a team admin can invite you directly once your account is active. See Adding a Team Member for details.

Fast-tracking a team member

If someone on your team is stuck on the waitlist and you need them onboarded quickly, open a support ticket through the Crisp chat widget (bottom-right corner at app.vidrush.ai ). The support team can manually approve their account so you can invite them to your workspace right away.

Support

For account issues, billing questions, or anything that needs hands-on help, use the Crisp chat widget inside the app. This is the fastest way to reach the support team.

The VidRush support team, including @ArrLost, @Sude, @Elle, @Mert, @Cid and other Members is distributed across multiple time zones. Response times are typically within a few hours. For complex requests like manual permissions, please allow some additional time for investigation. Please keep in mind that it sometimes can take up to 48 hours

Community & bug reports

The VidRush Discord  is where the community shares working voices, niche ideas, and strategy tips. It’s also the another place to report bugs and stay up to date with the latest feature announcements in the #announcements channel.

→ For direct support requests, always use the in-app Crisp chat, not Discord DMs.

Platform requirements

VidRush is fully web-based. It runs on any modern browser, Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, across desktop, tablet, and mobile. No software downloads needed. All video generation happens in the cloud, so you can close your browser while a video renders and come back when it’s done.
